MONEY REFUND GUARANTEE

Vietworld Travel is confident and proud of our products & services as a leading Vietnam Tour Operator  and always working hard for “ Your satisfaction is our future” , we will however refund your money if;
– The quality of the trip is not as what we said to deliver,
– The experience is not as what our travel consultants promised it to be.
We guarantee that you will have a great trip with not only quality, but with assured fun. if you are still not satisfied with our refund, please contact our the government body called VNAT (Vietnam National Administration of Tourism) for a claim.
We have a bond of 25,000 USD in the bank (controlled by VNAT), this is the bond account for financial security in respect to customers’ advanced payments.

BOOKING CONDITION

Terms & Condition:

References to “us”, “we”, “our” and/or “Vietworld Travel” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Vietworld Travel Company ( Vietnam) . A contract will exist between you and us when we issue an invoice in response to your request for a booking

Booking and Confirmation:

Bookings must be secured by a deposit of a minimum of 20% of the total booking value and the total package tour price for the Services should be paid at least 30 days ( Thirty days) prior to your arrival in the destination country or starting date of the tour, or otherwise Vietworld Travel may at their sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to our company. Vietworld Travel also reserves the right to change any arrangement (including tours, programmes, prices and services) in the best interest of its Client with or without prior notice.

Payment by bank transfer or credit card

Payments by credit cards will incur 3% (for MasterCard or Visa) or 3.9% for AMEX for the bank fees. Bank’s information as well as Credit Card payment information will be sent to Clients via email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking by you must be made in writing. We will not regard a booking as cancelled unless and until written notice is received by us. On cancellation the following charges will apply:
