DAY 1 | Ho Chi Minh city Arrival ( L)

AM Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International airport, tour guide will meet and transfer to visit Ho Chi Minh city, also called Saigon.Visit:

  • Reunification Palace, formerly the Independence Palace of the South Vietnamese president. This 60s- style building was famously stormed by tanks on April 30, 1975 signifying the fall of South Vietnam. It has been preserved in its original state, and the original tanks remain on display near the entrance gates.
  • War Remnants Museumfamously known as “Museum of American War Crimes”. A horrifying reminder of the long and brutal Vietnam War.

Have Lunch & then continue to visit

  • Notre Dame Cathedrallocated in the middle downtown of Ho Chi Minh City and built in the late 1880s by French Colonists.
  • Central Post Officewhich is recognized as one of the grandest post offices in Southeast Asia. It’s a preserved remnant of French colonial.
  • Landmark 81Witness panoramic views of Saigon atop the Landmark 81, the highest building in Vietnam.
  • Then visit Old Saigon Post Office and visit shopping centers.

DAY 2 | Ho Chi Minh city – Mekong Delta – Fly to Danang (B/L)

Have breakfast & hotel check out

7:30 – 08:00 : Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then  boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.

Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.

Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop.

12:00: Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time.

14:00: In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip.

17:30 : Return to  Tan Son Nhat Airport for flight to Danang ( 1.15’ hour flight)

DAY 3 | Da Nang- My Son Sanctuary - Hoi An (B/L)

07:30-8:30 Driver and guide pick you up from your hotel. Starting this morning with visiting My Son Holy Land

09:30 Arrive in My Son, you are going to find out a unique beautiful sanctuary world of the ancient Cham religion. You will have a chance to discover My Son– the old Holy Land of Cham kingdom with secret mossy towers in the 19th century, enjoy featured music show of Cham people, discover The Marian Pilgrimage Center of Tra Kieu where once located the first capital city of the Hindu Champa Kingdom.

11:30 Have lunch at local restaurant

13:30 Continue to visit Hoi An Ancient Town.

In the afternoon, enjoy a walking tour of this quaint town visiting ancient merchants’ houses, Fukien Chinese Congregation, a 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, Sa Huynh Museum and a crafts workshop. Free for shopping at the Old Corners

Drive back to Danang. Free at Leisure for swimming at My Khe Beach

DAY 4 | Danang – Bana Hills – Fantasy Park – Golden Bridge – Fly to Hanoi (B/L)

AM: Breakfast at hotel.

07:30-08:00 Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel, depart for Ba Na Hill through one of the most beautiful seaside streets of Central Vietnam.

08:45 Arrive in Ba Na, you will have a chance to experience the two – UNESCO – record cable system up to the top of the hill and enjoy the beautiful sight of Mo stream, Toc Tien waterfall with the impressive dazzling white spume.

Sightseeing on Ba Na Hill to:

  • Hand of the gods hold Vietnam’s Golden Bridge.
  • L’Jardin Zone with French Architecture Building: Tinh Tâm Garden, French Stable, one hundred year-old pomelo tree, Old Villas.
  • Linh Ung Pagoda, 27 meters Buddha Statue, Loc Uyen Garden.

11:30 From Debay station, you will get on the second cable system to move to Nui Chua Peak – the rooftop of Da nang City. Enjoy buffet lunch.

  • Continue the tour with Fantasy Park – one of the most modern indoor game centers of the Asia.
  • Visit Linh Chua Linh Tu temple, enjoy a panoramic view of the whole Da Nang city and Da Nang bay through the mist in a romantic afternoon on Ba Na peak.

16:30 – 17:00 Go down by the cable system.

Get on coach to Danang Airport for flight to Hanoi

Arrival in Noi Bai Airport ( Hanoi). Take a drive to central of Hanoi). Hotel check in

DAY 5 | Hanoi – Ha Long bay - Hanoi (B,L)

  • Ho Chi Minh Memorial Complex: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed to visitors on Mondays and Fridays), where visitors can pay respects to the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh. Continue through the park to Stilt House , the simple two-room dwelling where Ho Chi Minh lived from 1948 until his final days.
  • The Temple of Literature– built in honor of Confucius by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong in 1070,which is also used to be the first university of Vietnam in the 11th century. Have lunch in local restaurant
