AM: Tourguide & driver meet the group up at the hotel and then depart to Hoa Binh where is located in the heart of Tokin. On the way, stop at a local market where inhabitants gather to trade their daily goods and local handicrafts. Continue heading to Mai Chau, arrive in Poon Coong – a village located in Mai Chau Town. Check in at Traditional Thai stilt- house. Enjoy lunch with traditional dishes of Thai minority.
PM: Walking through rice field to Ban Lac minority village ,then Nhot and Na Meo villages (Thai minority) located at the foot of the mountain. Dinner & over night in Poon Coong village.
AM: After breakfast, Take a bus continuing the adventure to Son La - home of the H'Mong and the black and white Thai minorities .Along the way, Take a rest at the Moc Chau town for visiting a tea plantation.
PM: On arrival, visit the Old French Prison and its museum as well as the Watch Tower. Later, stroll through villages in the South of town. Overnight in Son La.
AM: Hotel check out and then heading to Dien Bien, drive to the colorful market of Thuan Chau via Pha Din Pass passing through some amazing sceneries. Lunch in Tuan Giao before making our way to Dien Bien Phu – the battlefield of an epic battle in Vietnam history. It was here where the French planned to lure the Viet Minh army, led by General Giap who somehow managed to place the Vietnamese artillery on the surrounding ridges.
PM: Upon arrival, visit Dien Bien Phu Museum. Then depart to the place where the famous battle took place, a symbol of the end of the French presence in Indochina. The visit includes A1 Hill, the bunker headquarters of the French Commander Colonel Christian de Castries and the Memorial dedicated to the French soldiers. Overnight in Dien Bien Phu city.
AM: After breakfast, take a bus to Lai Chau, the former region of the White Thai, along the Nam Na Valley.The road passes a succession of waterfalls, rice terraces and other typical landscapes of northern Vietnam. Have lunch in Lai Chau.
PM: Continue driving to Sapa. Along the way, stop at waterfalls, markets of ethnic people. Arrival in Sapa, hotel check –in and the free at leisure for discovering the town. Overnight in Sapa.
AM: Departure for a full day discovery of the minority villages located in the Sapa Valley.
First stop at Lao Chai village, home of Black H’Mong community. Then a walk toward Ta Van village (2 km) through rice fields, to visit a Giay minority village. The hike then reaches the bamboo forest of Giang Ta Chai. This part of the trip is fascinating because of its picturesque sceneries and colorful ethnic minorities such as the Red Dao. After a rest at the edge of a waterfall, climb a small hill to meet the driver, who is waiting at Giang Ta Chai. Return to Sapa, The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Sapa.
AM: Breakfast at hotel and then take a cabble-car (the longest cabble car system in the world) to Fanxipang peak which is called roof of Indochina. Return back to the town to check out and the head back to Hanoi. Have lunch in Lao Cai city. Continue route back to Hanoi following the Vietnam longest high way. Arrive in Hanoi. End of service.
